Hi, I’m Sheetal Gara,

I have 7 years of experience building and launching cloud-based SAAS HCM products,  complemented by a master's in Human-Computer Interaction & design.  I bring a distinctive blend of UX design, user research, product management, and engineering expertise.

I currently work at UKG on a customer experience product focusing on employee coaching and development, where I focus on enhancing organizational growth through tailored coaching solutions and strategic development initiatives. Prior to this, I worked for AT&T e-commerce site focusing on security & identity Access management domain of users

• At UKG, I’ve led major initiatives such as migrating our product to the Google Cloud Platform, resulting in approximately $1 million in cost savings. 

• Spearheaded a UX revamp by upgrading to a new design language system and implementing standardized UI components and design principles across the product, which led to a 30% increase in user satisfaction and streamlined overall user experience.

• Introduced Service Level Objects (SLOs) for product performance, significantly enhancing the ability to detect and address customer issues early, which resulted in a 25% reduction in incident resolution times and improved product reliability.
